Your deal will instruct you on the next step, but for Accommodation deals you're normally instructed to contact us (hello@10travlr.com.au), and for other deals it'll be the service provider themselves. If in doubt, we're only too happy to help you out. For food & drink and health & beauty deals, just showing your voucher when you arrive will suffice, but please check whether you need to book first.
